- Tile replacements are handled as required to eliminate cracked, pinholed and porous tiles
- Roof hip and ridge are rebedded as required
- The entire hip and ridge area is repointed
- Decragard High Solids Sealer (when necessary) and/or HB Concrete Primer is applied to fill and seal tiles over the entire roof
- Decragard Gloss Topcoat is evenly applied to coat the entire roof
